STEEV!

Today I received my crocheted STEEV in the mail! This little guy looks AMAZING and I recommend to anyone who is as huge a fan of the game SQUIDS as I am, to buy one from Sarah Mitchell's ETSY shop :-D
A link to her shop "Cozy Rhody" can be found in the right hand column of this blog.
I wish Sarah good fortune in selling many of these little guys :-)

4 Mini Canvases and Issue 15

I am enjoying these mini canvases that I bought @ Michael's; I am trying to make neat promo giveaways for anyone who helps with playtesting when the game is done.
Also in this post is issue 15 titled "9mm Delivery" or "Brooklyn's Buggy."

Programs of Old: Army 1

Danno has gone ahead and given these programs their final namesake :-)
Which one is your favorite?

Data Crash: BARRIERS & Issue 14

I stopped by Game Kastle (local gaming store) this past Thursday in hopes that I could find some good tokens to represent barriers, but didn't find anything useful. So I took a good look at my stock of wooden pegs and plugs and found what I was looking for!

At the beginning of the game, each player gets to roll a d4 and add plus one to determine how many of these BARRIERS they get to place before the game. These fellas stop line of sight and are a good place to hide before a courageous blitz assault! I decided to make them look more uniformed to the first army by giving them faces :-)

Also in this post is issue 14 titled "The Midnight Hopper!" or "The Toadie's Return!"

User Avatar & Issues 12-13

Tonight loading his way into the final 13th position is the USER AVATAR! He is the winner of the " Most Likely To Look Like His Sketch" vote :-)
From here on the remaining 6 slots will be duplicates of certain Peg-O's already created.
Also in this post is issue 12 titled "Friendly Neighborhood Beth-Widow" or "Sweet-Toothed Spiders."
And issue 13 titled "Digital Danno" or "8-Bit Bro!"

Import Core & Issue 11

Tonight making his way into the team and towering over everyone is the IMPORT CORE!
I really like the look of this Peg-O, I am just not sure of the height because he is bigger than the HEAVY IMPORT CORE. I guess I can always say the HEAVY IMPORT CORE is denser and has more destructive fire power!
Also in this post is issue 11 featuring my dog Sebee in " That Yellow Dog" or "The Big Fat Nap!"

Black I.C.E & Issue 10

Always bet on BLACK I.C.E.!
Another MVP of our play test :-) this guy has a little more "byte" than the regular I.C.E. and has the reverse colors.
I am also posting a re-invented I.C.E. (regular) with a horned helm that I think makes him look a little more fierce.
Issue 10 stars Fighting Barrel of Justice Hall. This one is titled "This Man, This Barrel" or "A Beautiful Mind...Inside A Barrel."
